Just Keep Working, Working, Working

James has done a great job working on the kitchen almost every night. We are making some good progress and are excited to see the finished product (one day) :-)

We've been eating mostly vyeena (vienna) sausages, potted meat, and scrapple. All cold of course, but delightful as a southern delicacy. Man I wish I could spell some of these words.

Just kidding, it hasn't been too bad. Grilling, microwave, sandwiches, george forman. We have our fridge plugged-in in the living room.

what about chitterlings? yeah, I guess using the oven in the summer is a pain anyway. I bet the fridge looks really great out in the living room...at least you don't have to go far to get a snack when you're lounging on the couch.
